How do I make a cast?
1. Preparation: Take the impression trays and impression material out of the set and lay them out ready to begin.
2. Mixing the impression material: Mix the two components of the set with both hands for about 30 seconds.
3. Color control: The molding material is well mixed once it has a completely uniform color, without streaks or spots.
4. Placing the material in the impression tray: Press the impression material into the impression tray so that the tray is completely covered.
5. Making the impression: Carefully place the filled spoon in your mouth over your teeth and press it gently but firmly upwards so that the material coats the teeth evenly...
6. Waiting: Hold the impression tray firmly in place with both thumbs or fingers on both sides and wait 3 minutes and 30 seconds. During this time, do not speak, laugh, or move.
7. Removing the impression: Once the impression material has hardened, slowly and carefully remove the impression from your mouth...
8. Checking the impression: Check the impression and make sure your teeth are clearly visible.
9. Done: You have now successfully taken the impression of your upper jaw.
Repeat: Repeat the process (steps 1 to 9) for the lower jaw.
