These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases and services made through the website dein-neues-laecheln.com.
By visiting the website and/or purchasing products, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The customer is obligated to read the terms and conditions carefully before accessing our website or using our services. Accessing any part of the website or using our services constitutes express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change, supplement or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing relevant information on our website.
1. Order and confirmation
An order is considered binding as soon as it is received and confirmed by us. The customer will receive an order confirmation via email and a tracking number within 24 hours.
2nd prizes
The total price for a flexible prosthesis is €397 including VAT.
Shipping & packaging of the impression kit: €15
Impression kit: €20
Return label and packaging of the impression kit : €10
Shipping & packaging of the flexible prosthesis: €15
All prices include statutory VAT.
3. Payment
Payment is made in advance and in full via the payment methods offered on the website.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Impression kit: Shipping takes place within 3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery also typically takes about 3 business days. Flexible prosthesis: After receiving your impression, we begin production. This takes approximately 10 days on average. Your product will then be shipped. Note: Please be aware that in individual cases, the production time may be slightly longer.
For each shipment, the customer receives an email with the corresponding tracking number.
We ship with PostNL, DHL and DPD. The customer can specify a delivery address of their choice during the ordering process (e.g., private address or dental practice).
5. Adjustments
Should the flexible prosthesis not fit perfectly or should you be dissatisfied, we offer a free adjustment within 30 days of receiving payment. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both the initial and return delivery. A fee will be charged for a second adjustment.
If an adjustment based on the existing impression is not possible, a new impression kit must be ordered. Even in this case, the adjustment remains free of charge within 30 days of receipt of payment. The customer bears the shipping costs for both delivery and return, as well as the cost of the impression kit.
The return shipping of the fitting and/or impression kit is exclusively via the shipping label we provide, which includes insurance coverage. The shipping label will be provided after payment has been received.
6. Examination and dispatch of the flexible prosthesis
Each flexible denture is inspected and photographed before shipping – including a photo of the flexible denture on the plaster model made from the customer's impression. The flexible denture is delivered hygienically sealed in transparent film.
Defects such as breaks, cracks, or missing teeth must be reported before opening the blister pack. If the blister pack is unopened, we will cover the costs of shipping to and from the repair center. If the blister pack is opened, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Repairs are free of charge for up to three years after payment is received.
If a repair is not possible based on the existing impression, a new impression kit must be ordered. Even in this case, the repair remains free of charge for 3 years after receipt of payment. The customer bears the shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipments, as well as the cost of the impression kit.
Repairs will be shipped exclusively using the shipping label we provide, which includes insurance coverage. The shipping label will be provided after payment has been received.
7. Changes to service and prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. We accept no liability for any modifications, interruptions, or discontinuations of the service.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation is possible as long as the impression kit is still on its way to the customer.
If the impression kit has already been used, a refund for the impression kit is not possible. The flexible prosthesis can still be cancelled as long as the impression has not yet been received by us.
Cancellation is not possible after receipt of the print or at the latest 2 months after the purchase date. Production or delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation.
9. 2-year warranty against defects
We offer a warranty against material defects (e.g., breaks, cracks, missing teeth) for up to two years after receipt of payment. Repairs are free of charge during this period. The customer bears the shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipments.

10. Storage of dental impressions and plaster models
We keep your dental impressions and plaster models for up to two months after your prosthesis is shipped. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments and/or repairs. After this period, the dental impressions and plaster models will be securely disposed of.
11. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of dein-neues-laecheln.com until full payment is received.
