FAQ
How does it work?
After you place your order, we will deliver a complete impression kit, including a helpful instructional video, free of charge to your dentist or to your home. With this kit, your dentist or you yourself can easily take the necessary impressions. Based on these impressions, we will create your custom-made flexible denture.
How do I begin?
1. Place your order to start the process. After you place your order, we'll deliver the impression kit, along with a handy instructional video, to your dentist or to your home. (Impression kits are delivered free of charge within three business days.) Don't forget to check with your dentist beforehand to see if they are willing to take the impressions for you.
2. Once your dentist or you yourself have taken the impressions, send us an email and we will pick them up.
3. Once we receive the impressions, we will immediately begin manufacturing your flexible denture. We will keep you updated and inform you when it is ready. After that, we will deliver your denture to your dentist or directly to your home within 10 days!
Don't have a dentist and don't want to make the impression yourself?
We will arrange an appointment so that this can be done near you.
How much does the dentist charge for making a dental impression?
A dentist typically charges €35.00 per dental impression. Since our flexible dentures always require two impressions, one for the upper and one for the lower jaw, the total cost at the dentist is usually around €70.00.
Can I make my own dental impressions without a dentist?
Yes, that's possible. You can make your own dental impressions. Our experience shows that customers can easily and successfully create their own dental impressions using our clear instructional video. This saves you not only money but also time! How do I make an impression? Click here .
What advantages do our flexible dentures have over Sunflex and Valplast dentures?
Should your dental situation change (e.g., due to tooth loss), we can easily extend your flexible denture with an additional plastic tooth. Repairs in case of breakage or replacement of the base (rebasing, e.g., due to jaw changes) are also possible at any time – a clear advantage that Sunflex or Valplast dentures do not offer.
